Moderation & Administration
Seller accounts and applications are reviewed by the administration team. Administrators may restrict accounts or remove content when necessary in accordance with platform policies.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, respecting other users, and following applicable laws. Users are fully responsible for uploaded photos and content.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to transactions, payments, or deliveries are resolved directly between the parties. Red Auto does not act as a mediator or arbitrator.
